Introduction to the Bobath Concept of Normal Human Movement, Workshop for OTA/PTA's

This one day interactive workshop will be facilitate by Marianne Lawton, B Sc. PT, NDT/Bobath Instructor,
IBITA. The target population for this workshop is OTA/PTA's working in stroke care within the West GTA Region in either the hospital or community setting. By attending the workshop, OTA/PTA's will be exposed to normal human movement principals, facilitation of gait and scapula and the use of functional exercises in therapy. The use of common household items for therapy will also be covered during the workshop. The workshop will be a combination of lecture, practical sessions, and a patient demonstration.
